Terms and Conditions of Sale

Your satisfaction is our utmost concern. Use care when selecting your album, inserts and mats before submitting your order. You will receive a verification after you submit your order. Our fine albums are custom made and orders cannot be changed once verified. We cannot exchange or refund personalized albums or individual mats and inserts. Refunds for non damaged, non personalized products will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Once an order has been made no add-ons or changes will be accepted.

Do to high tariffs, taxes, fees and shipping charges we do not ship outside the United States.

Please be sure that when you are personalizing the album that all information is clear and exactly as you want it.

(Checks need to be made to Inspired Art).

Credits will be given on Credit Cards within a 3 day period ONLY!

If there is damage to the album due to shipping.
1. Email us.
2. Contact the carrier immediately.
3. Save the carton and all packing materials for inspection.

Returns:
1. You must have authorization to return the album.
2. No CODs will be accepted.
3. Returns must be received in good resalable condition. Securely pack the album in a corrugated carton before it is picked up.
4. Under no condition will the manufacturer accept any merchandise that is over one year old.
5. A refund or exchange will be issued when we are notified by the manufacturer that the album has arrived.

All orders will be shipped UPS unless otherwise requested.

As to privacy. At no time will Inspired Art sell your name are give out any information to any individual, company (other than the manufacturer), organization or mailing list.
